ves me a “food credibility” status amongst friends and when I make something for strangers they become friends. I can cook. It is so much a part of me that nothing I do can erase it. It shows up, at the most opportune of moments like potluck, Christmas dinners, or holiday events. When asked how I made a dish my first reaction is to say LOVE! But that is just a general explanation for the event.
Graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelors degree in Food Service Management and an Associates in Culinary Arts provided a decent base to work on. The experience gained in that setting allowed me to work for some good companies and establishments in the NY and VA area.
